About us ...
Ellerslie Farms Group is an agribusiness that operates one of the largest poultry farms in Australia.
We employ over 500 people across our farming operations based at Millmerran, an hour west of Toowoomba in Queensland. Our operations are vertically integrated, covering the entire supply chain from grain production, chick rearing, stock feed milling, poultry production and egg grading. Our layer systems include Cage, Cage-free, Free Range and Organic. We have in-house service teams which coordinate bird vaccination, bird relocation, veterinary and nutrition services.

In our current environment of continued expansion and change, we are excited to have the opportunity within our existing Maintenance Team. The applicant will be required to supervise and work in the existing team, under the direction of the Workshop Manager, assisting the Construction and Services Team to contribute to meeting the business goals.

About the Role ...
In this key position, you’ll take ownership of the day‑to‑day running of our maintenance workshop. You’ll lead a small team of fitters, boiler makers and apprentices, coordinate maintenance tasks, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, to a high standard, meeting all agreed deadlines.
